Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 Organized by Vigilance Establishment,,

Haldwani,,The Vigilance Department of Uttarakhand observed Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 from 27 October to 2 November 2025 under the theme “Vigilance is Our Shared Responsibility.”As part of the campaign, an awareness program against corruption was conducted on 1 November 2025 at the BHEL Campus, Rudrapur. Participants were administered an anti-corruption pledge and encouraged to join the movement for a corruption-free society.Teams from Vigilance Establishment Haldwani also carried out similar awareness activities across Someshwar, Bageshwar, Kausani, and other locations by displaying posters in government offices and public spaces to sensitize citizens about the evils of corruption.In addition to these programs, anti-corruption drawing, painting, and debate competitions were organized at various educational institutions including BLM Academy Haldwani, DPS Haldwani, Maxton Strong School Banbasa, Universal School Haldwani, and ABC Alma Mater School Tanakpur.Awareness campaigns were also conducted by displaying posters at several government offices such as the Regional Food Controller’s Office, Social Welfare Department, Traffic Police Chowki, Fire Station, Uttarakhand Open University, Peyjal Nigam, Agricultural Marketing Board, Directorate of Skill Development & Employment, ITI, Sub-Registrar Office, Sub-Jail, Tarai Eastern Forest Division, District Industries Centre, Chief Medical Officer Camp Office, Irrigation Department, District Sainik Welfare Office, and Public Works Department in Rudrapur and surrounding areas of Udham Singh Nagar district.Director of Vigilance, Dr. V. Murugesan, appealed to the public to actively participate in the fight against corruption by reporting any such cases through the Toll-Free Helpline 1064 or WhatsApp Helpline 9456592300 of the Vigilance Establishment, Uttarakhand.
