Haldwani, January 12, 2026: Uttarakhand Open University’s 10th convocation ceremony concluded on Monday in a dignified and grand atmosphere. The event was presided over by the university’s Chancellor and Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General (Retd.) Gurmeet Singh.A total of 18,146 students received undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma degrees, while 6 research scholars were awarded PhD degrees. The ceremony began with a procession, national anthem, and lighting of the lamp.
