Reconstitution of Uttarakhand Tennis Association Executive Committee (Election) 2025,

, the Annual General Meeting of the Uttarakhand Tennis Association (UTA) was held in the evening at the meeting hall of MJ Residency, near CMI Hospital, Araghar, Dehradun.

In this important meeting, which lasted from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., new office bearers for the Executive Committee were unanimously elected. The newly elected members will serve for the next four (4) years, contributing to the growth and promotion of tennis across the state of Uttarakhand.

Among those who took oath today were:

Shri Ashok Kumar (IPS) – President, Retired Director General of Police, Uttarakhand (Dehradun)

Shri Sumit Goyal – Secretary General, International Senior Tennis Player (Ranikhet)

Shri Vijendra Chauhan and Shri Manoj Gupta (both from Dehradun), and Shri Devendra Singh Rawat, Retired Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (Haldwani) – Vice Presidents

Shri Hem Kumar Pandey, Retired Field Officer, Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation (Haldwani), and Er. Lokesh Chugh (Dehradun) – Joint Secretaries

Shri Dinesh Nagpal (Dehradun) – Treasurer

Shri Amar Jagati, Elected Executive Member, Jagati Hotel (Nainital), currently Deputy Secretary, District Tennis Association Nainital, along with other elected Executive Members — Shri Varun Walia, Shri Tushar Sharma (both Dehradun), Shri Navneet Singh, SSP Pauri, Smt. Bhavana Bisht (Haldwani), and Smt. Anupama Pawar (Dehradun).

On this occasion, other eminent personalities were also present, including Shri Gaurav Pandey, Treasurer, District Tennis Association Almora (Ranikhet); Shri Narendra Kumar; Shri Sudhir Kumar Matta, Chartered Accountant (Dehradun); and Shri Rajeev Negi of ITBP (Dehradun).

The meeting concluded successfully with a collective commitment to further develop and promote tennis throughout Uttarakhand.
