Director of Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy Meets Governor at Raj Bhavan,

Dehradun, October 23, 2025:
Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) met with Mrs. Bharti, Director of the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy (IGNFA), Dehradun, at the Raj Bhavan on Thursday.During the courtesy meeting, Mrs. Bharti briefed the Governor about the academy’s ongoing training programs and its initiatives related to environmental conservation. Appreciating the academy’s efforts, the Governor emphasized the need to promote innovations in forest preservation and climate balance, as well as to enhance public awareness in these areas.
