Haldwani’s Renowned Women Writers Honored with Sahitya Pragya Award,

Haldwani. In a grand ceremony organised under the aegis of Gyaneshwari Prakashan in Muzaffarnagar, the prestigious Sahitya Pragya Award was bestowed upon Haldwani’s distinguished writers and poets Bharti Bhatt ‘Bhanu’ and Suman Bargali for their outstanding literary contributions. Both writers were honored for their impactful creations on the theme “A Letter to Mother India” and their active participation in various literary activities. The award was presented with an official certificate by event founder Akash Malia.
Senior writers and dignitaries present at the ceremony praised the works of both authors, stating that their writings are not merely collections of words but serve as inspirational pieces that enlighten and guide society. Their literary achievements were recognized for spreading awareness and delivering meaningful messages.
Mrs. Suman Bargali has published several stories, articles, and poetry collections so far, all of which vividly reflect social sensitivities and humanitarian values. Similarly, Mrs. Bharti Bhatt ‘Bhanu’ has also independently published many literary works. Together, both authors have collaborated with other women writers to release an anthology titled “Pride of Women,” which has received positive appreciation from readers for its empowering themes.
It is noteworthy that both writers have previously won several national-level writing competitions and established a distinctive identity in the literary world. During the ceremony, it was also announced that their latest book was launched on the occasion of Teacher’s Day, adding to the celebration and garnering special interest from literature enthusiasts and readers.
