Dr. Natasha Ultrasound & Diagnostic Centre Issues ₹1 Crore Defamation Notice to The Khabar and Journalist Ayaz Khan After Clean Chit from CMO office,,

Bareilly district baheri After receiving a clean chit from the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) office, Dr. Natasha Ultrasound & Diagnostic Centre has sent a ₹1 crore defamation legal notice to news portal The Khabar and its journalist Ayaz Khan (resident of Rudki Bahedi village).The notice from the diagnostic centre alleges that the news published on The Khabar was false, fabricated, and misleading, released without verifying facts. According to the notice, even though the CMO office had issued a complete clean chit to the centre after investigation, publishing the story severely damaged the institution’s image. Pine Hill Group Chairman and BJP District President of the Medical Cell, Dr. Karan Deep Singh Virk, stated thatthe notice claims the said news adversely affected the centre’s social reputation, professional credibility, and business activities. On this basis, it demands ₹1 crore in compensation. The notice also clarifies that if the news is not immediately removed and a public apology is not published, civil and criminal (criminal) cases will be filed against the news portal and the journalist.
