ਭਾਈ ਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ 150ਵੇਂ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ, Dr. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਕੇਂਦਰ, ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਕੈਂਪਸ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (ਪਟਿਆਲਾ) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਭਾਈ ਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ।,,
ਭਾਈ ਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ 150ਵੇਂ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ, Dr. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਕੇਂਦਰ, ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਕੈਂਪਸ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (ਪਟਿਆਲਾ) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਭਾਈ ਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ।
ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਨੇਹ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਈ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ‘ਸਿੱਖ ਸੋਚ’ ਦਾ ਸੁਭਾਵਿਕ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਤਿੰਨ-ਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੋ-ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ‘ਪੰਚਬਤੀ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼’ ਅਤੇ ‘ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕੋਸ਼’ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਯਤਨ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਹਨ।
ਦੁਰਲੱਭ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਥ-ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਜੀਟਾਈਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਆਧੁਨਿਕਤਾਵਾਦੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨੂੰ ਏਕੀਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਜੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨੈਟਵਰਕ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
